Nightshift Workspace Agents — Terms of Use

Nightshift Workspace Agents is operated by Mark Pesce for his personal file and document workflows on devices and accounts under his control.

The account owner chooses the tools, AI services and instructions used with the setup. Use is limited to authorized tasks and remains subject to Google's applicable terms and API policies, and the terms of any chosen AI service.

Google permissions may allow changes and deletion. The account owner must review important outputs, control agent permissions and maintain any necessary backups. Google authorization does not itself approve every possible agent action.

Access can be stopped by revoking the app in Google Account connections and removing its local credentials. Questions can be sent to mark@markpesce.com.
